High-ticket dropshipping, from people who run the stores.

Ecom Pros runs three Shopify stores selling $1,000+ products: auto lifts, pond equipment, quilting machines. Send us your store for a free audit, follow the step-by-step guide, or have us build the whole thing.

The build, in order

Seven modules. Each ends with an action task you can hold up: a graded niche, a live demo store, your first five supplier approvals.

Step-by-step guide
How it works

Three steps, no sales call unless you want one.

Send us your store or your idea

The audit form takes three minutes. A URL if you have one, a niche if you don't.

Get a written audit

A PDF with screenshots of what's losing you the sale, next to how we do it, plus the search data on your products. In your inbox in 3 business days.

Pick a path

Fix it yourself with the audit, follow the guide, or apply for a build. Plenty of people take the audit and leave. That's fine.

Proof

We eat our own cooking.

These aren't case studies we bought. They're the stores we run every day, in three niches that have nothing to do with each other. Same process each time.

Free store audit

No store yet? Leave it blank and we'll audit the niche instead. One store or one niche per person, so pick the one that matters.
This is what we pull search data on. Be specific.
One free audit per person. We match on email, so a second submission gets a polite no and a link to the paid menu. An automated scan of your public pages runs first, then a person does the screenshots, the comparison, and the write-up. You get a PDF, not a login.
What happens after you submit

We look at your store the way a buyer does. Then the way a supplier does.

We walk the pages that matter

Home page, product page, collection page, contact form, and whatever else your store needs looked at. Each one gets screenshotted and marked up where it loses the sale.

We put it next to ours

Same page type on one of our three stores, side by side. Not to show off. So you can see exactly what "done right" looks like in a niche like yours.

We pull the numbers

Semrush search volume, CPC, and 12-month trend on your top products, paid and organic. If nobody's searching for what you sell, you find out now.

You get the PDF

Screenshots, notes, search data, and the fix list in order of what moves revenue first. Fix it yourself, follow the guide, or have us package the fixes. Most people fix the first three themselves.

Inside the audit

What it covers

Seven modules. Seven things you'll have built.

Each module ends with an action task, not a quiz. You leave every one holding something: a graded niche, a live store, a supplier approval, a running campaign.

M16 lessons · ~1.5 hrs

Pick a high-ticket niche

What "high-ticket" actually means for margin after freight, and how to build a list of niches that clear it instead of things you happen to like.

You'll have: a graded list of 25 niches, top 3 shortlisted
M25 lessons · ~1.5 hrs

Validate it

Prove there are enough suppliers, enough demand, and competitors you can beat on the site instead of on price, before you build anything.

You'll have: one niche, chosen, with supplier and competitor lists
M312 lessons · ~4.5 hrs

Build the store

Theme, collections, demo products, the pages suppliers actually read, and the full customization walkthrough. The longest module, because it's where people skip steps.

You'll have: a live demo store a supplier would approve
M48 lessons · ~2.5 hrs

Get approved by suppliers

Business registration, a real email and phone, the outreach script, and what to say when they tell you they don't work with new stores.

You'll have: your first five supplier accounts
M59 lessons · ~3 hrs

Make it convert

Financing, live chat, reviews, abandoned checkout, trust pages. A $2,000 buyer needs ten reasons to believe you. This module installs all ten.

You'll have: a product page that closes without you on the phone
M610 lessons · ~3.5 hrs

Turn on traffic

Analytics, Merchant Center, the feed, campaign structure, negatives, remarketing. Google Shopping first, because that's where high-ticket buyers search.

You'll have: a Shopping campaign live, first 30 days planned
M75 lessons · ~1.5 hrs

Scale or sell

More suppliers, better terms, more spend without killing return, and when a second store beats growing the first.

You'll have: a 90-day plan for what comes next
The end goal

Day 90: a live store, real suppliers, ads running, first orders in.

That's the bar. Not "I learned a lot." A store you could show a supplier, a buyer, or a bank.

Modules 1 and 2. You know what you're selling and who to call.

Days 15–35

Module 3. A demo store that looks like it's been in business for years.

Days 36–55

FAQ

Before you buy.

Do I need a store already?+

No. Module 1 starts at zero. If you already have a store, start at Module 2 and use the free audit to see which later modules you actually need.

Is this dropshipping from China?+

No. US suppliers and manufacturers who ship direct, on products that sell for $200 to $5,000+. The same model our own three stores run on.

How much do I need to start?+

The guide, Shopify, a domain, and a business registration. No inventory. Ad spend comes in Module 6, and we tell you the minimum that makes sense before you turn it on.

What if it's not for me?+

Refund policy, e.g. full refund within 14 days if you've completed under 2 modules.

Start Module 1 this week.

FAQ

What people ask before they apply.

What's included in the build?+

Everything in the "What you get" list above: theme, collections, 20 demo products, the trust pages, apps, email and phone, analytics, and a handoff call. Suppliers and traffic are separate tiers.

How long does it take?+

14 business days from kickoff to handoff, assuming you return the intake form within 48 hours. The timeline above is the real one, not a best case.

What do I need to have ready?+

A niche (or a Niche Verification audit), a business name, and a Shopify account. If you don't have a registered business yet, we'll tell you what to file on the kickoff call. You don't need suppliers.

Do you get suppliers for me?+

On the Store + Suppliers tier, yes: we build the supplier list, run the outreach in your business's name, and load real products once you're approved. On Store Build, you use the guide's supplier module and scripts.

Do you run the ads?+

Only on Full Launch, and only for the first 30 days. After that it's handed to you with the structure, negatives, and a reading of the first month. We're not a retainer agency.

What happens after handoff?+

You own the store, the domain, and every account. You keep guide access. If you want changes later, you can hire anyone, including us, at an hourly rate set rate.

Can I request customizations?+

One revision round is included. Requests that change the scope (custom app development, a second brand) are quoted separately before we start.

What if I change my mind?+

Refund policy: e.g. full refund before kickoff, 50% before day 5, none after the build starts.

    LESSON 1.2 · MODULE 1: PICK A HIGH-TICKET NICHE

    Size, weight, and margin

Video coming: 1.2 Size, weight, and margin 16:9 embed slot · same component as the VSLs

    Lesson notes

The goal of niche selection isn't "things that sell." It's "things that are still profitable after the shipping bill." Size and weight decide the shipping bill, so they decide the niche.

    The two floors

    • $200 minimum for anything that ships parcel (UPS, FedEx). Below that, a $40 shipping label and a 50% cost of goods leave you nothing.
    • $1,000 minimum for anything that ships freight (pallet, LTL). Freight costs roughly the same whether the pallet holds a $600 product or a $3,000 one.
    • Target net margin across the store: 30%. Some orders land at 25%, some at 40%. Thirty is the number to plan around.

Why freight items are the opportunity

    ProductSale priceCost of goodsFreightNet
    Folding workbench$600$300~$280$20
    2-post car lift$3,200$1,700~$300$1,200

Same pallet, same truck, same freight bill. One order pays for lunch, the other pays for the month. This is the whole reason Pitstop Pro sells lifts and not floor jacks.

    Applying it to your list

    • Refine, don't delete. "Rugs" becomes "hand-knotted wool rugs." "Office chairs" becomes "ergonomic office furniture."
    • For every niche on the worksheet, note whether the typical item ships parcel or freight, and whether it clears the floor for its type.
    • Add niches you'd never buy yourself. Laser engravers, CNC routers, and backyard playsets all clear the freight floor easily.
